LMS: Articulate
Purpose: How To; Healthcare
Design Model: ADDIE
I bring extensive experience and expertise in executing all stages of the ADDIE model, ensuring the development of high-quality, effective educational programs for your organization. In the **Analysis** phase, I can identify learning needs, goals, and learner characteristics to tailor instructional solutions that address specific challenges. During **Design**, I will create detailed blueprints, select appropriate instructional strategies, and develop SMART learning objectives to ensure a structured and engaging learning experience. In the **Development** phase, I will produce and assemble instructional materials, incorporating multimedia elements and interactive activities to enhance learning outcomes. For **Implementation**, I will manage the delivery of the instructional materials, train facilitators, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth execution. Finally, in the **Evaluation** phase, I will conduct thorough assessments to measure effectiveness, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvements, ensuring that the educational programs meet and exceed your organization's goals and expectations.

Desgin Model: Quality Matters + ADDIE
I bring extensive expertise in building online and blended courses that adhere to Quality Matters (QM) best practices, ensuring the highest quality learning experiences for your organization. Utilizing the QM Higher Education Rubric, I design and develop courses that meet rigorous standards, including course overview, learning objectives, assessment and measurement, instructional materials, course activities and learner interaction, course technology, learner support, and accessibility. By providing detailed, constructive feedback and continuously refining courses based on these standards, I ensure that every aspect of the course aligns with QM principles. My approach includes staying updated with the latest best practices, engaging in professional development, and mentoring others in QM methodologies. This commitment guarantees that the courses I build are not only engaging and effective but also meet the highest quality benchmarks, aligning with your organization’s educational goals.

LMS: Articulate Rise
Purpose: Microlearning; Accessibility
Design Model: ADDIE + SAM
I specialize in implementing the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) to create dynamic and effective learning solutions for organizations. By utilizing an iterative and agile approach, I ensure rapid development and continuous improvement of instructional materials. During the **Preparation Phase**, I gather essential information and conduct collaborative brainstorming sessions to define project objectives and scope. In the **Iterative Design Phase**, I develop initial prototypes, engage stakeholders for feedback, and refine designs to align with organizational needs. Throughout the **Iterative Development Phase**, I create and enhance content in small, manageable chunks, continuously incorporating feedback to ensure high-quality results. For the **Implementation and Evaluation Phase**, I pilot instructional materials, conduct thorough testing, and roll out the final product, ensuring ongoing evaluation and updates. By involving stakeholders and learners at every step, I guarantee that the learning solutions are effective, relevant, and aligned with the organization’s goals.
LMS: D2L/Brightspace
Purpose: Technical Process; Cybersecurity
Design Model: QM + SAM
I meticulously storyboarded this technical content through a collaborative process involving Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and content developers, exemplifying the seamless integration of Quality Matters (QM) standards and the ADDIE instructional design model. In the **Analysis** phase, I worked closely with SMEs to identify learning needs and objectives, ensuring the content was both relevant and comprehensive. During the **Design** phase, I created detailed blueprints and storyboards that aligned with QM standards, outlining course structures, learning objectives, and assessment methods. In the **Development** phase, I collaborated with content developers to produce high-quality instructional materials, incorporating multimedia elements and interactive activities to enhance engagement and learning outcomes. The **Implementation** phase involved deploying the content, training facilitators, and providing continuous support to ensure effective delivery. Finally, in the **Evaluation** phase, I conducted rigorous assessments and gathered feedback to refine and improve the course. This robust process ensured the creation of a high-quality, effective learning experience that meets rigorous QM standards and adheres to the systematic approach of the ADDIE model.

LMS: iSpring
Purpose: Step-by-Step; Software use
Design Model: SAM + Action Mapping
I excel in applying action mapping to instructional design, ensuring that training programs directly address and solve business performance issues. By focusing on real-world actions and outcomes, I can create targeted, effective learning experiences for your organization. My process begins with identifying clear business goals and analyzing the tasks that learners need to perform to achieve these goals. Through collaborative workshops, I engage with stakeholders to map out these critical actions and identify any knowledge or skill gaps. I then design practical, interactive training activities that simulate real-life scenarios, allowing learners to practice and master the required actions. By continually gathering feedback and measuring performance, I ensure the training is impactful and aligned with your organization's strategic objectives. This approach not only enhances learner engagement but also drives measurable improvements in business performance.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. tarynplxd is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
I am dedicated to continuous learning and improvement, and I strive to ensure that everything I design, including this website, is accessible and inclusive.
